To use a domain name, you must have an established website.

What will happen to the value of the name after I purchase it?

The more ways you use the name, the more exposure you will receive. Guess who notices how you are marketing your new domain (name)? Your competitors! Other REALTORS® in your town or community would love to have the power of the name. You have the control. If you decide to retire or sell your business, the Domain Name would add additional value to your business, as well as encourage a quick sale.

What will my responsibilities be after I purchase the domain name from Rising Sun Domains? Are there additional expenses?

Yes, as the owner of the domain name, you will have an expense in maintaining the domain name. We recommend that you use the services of a quality registrar to register your name. Pay for the fee for the maximum time frame allowed (usually 10 years) so that you won’t have to worry about someone else trying to snap up your name when it expires. Protect your investment!

What are my options if I should decide that I no longer want the domain Name?

Within six (6) months of your purchase, we will purchase the domain name back from you. See our guarantee for more information.

You can also sell the name for a profit to one of your competitors in your area. In the event Rising Sun Domains re-purchases the name from you, we will market the name to your competitors until it is sold again.

How can these domains be used to my greatest advantage?

If a Broker with a large firm owned the Domain Name, many of it's sales associates would be able to benefit from it's power through the marketing of the name.

Another consideration would be that a single REALTOR® could purchase the Domain Name and by so doing, prohibit the larger firm(s) from having the advantage.

Why should I register a domain Name now?

The obvious reason would be that the domain name you wish to have represent you may not be available tomorrow. Once a name has been acquired by another individual or business, it is gone. It is the means by which you announce to the world that you, and you alone, are the only person allowed to use that name.
